At RHI Magnesita, we strive to establish a diverse and inclusive workplace, where everyone feels valued, engaged, and heard. We perform our roles in respectful collaboration with each other. In June 2022, RHI Magnesita significantly increased the leadership rate of women in our board and senior management; the current share is more than 35%, which exceeds our 2025 target. The worldwide share of women within the company is 14.6% and of our under-30 age group is 17.2%.

Social engagement

We act as a reliable partner by helping others and making a worthwhile contribution to our local communities. With our operations typically in remote areas, RHI Magnesita’s community investment projects are mostly focused on neighborhoods in the immediate vicinity. Our focus areas are education and youth development, environmental protection, and emergency relief. By working in partnership with local residents and experts, we develop programs that respond to local needs, improve lives and strengthen communities

RHI Magnesita is proud to lead the refractory industry in all areas of sustainability. We are continuously investing in the research and development to reduce the associated environmental footprint.
