Amsterdam/Vienna, June 8, 2018 – On Thursday afternoon, RHI Magnesita N.V.’s first general meeting was held at Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. The company announces that each of the resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting to Shareholders dated 26 April, 2018 were passed by the requisite majority. A poll was held on each of the resolutions proposed.
CEO Stefan Borgas on the company’s first Annual General Meeting after the merger: “The clear majorities for the individual resolutions show that we have the full support of our shareholders to consistently continue on the path we have taken”.
