As of Monday, 19 December 2022, RHI Magnesita N.V. will move to the prime market, the top segment of the Vienna Stock Exchange. With a market capitalisation of approximately EUR 1.2 billion, the company is one of the 25 largest on the Austrian stock market. The company enjoys the highest attention of analysts, investors and trading participants worldwide in the prime market.

A total of 40 Austrian prime market companies commit voluntarily to meeting the highest transparency requirements. These include, for example, the reporting languages English and German, half-year financial reports according to IAS 34 standards and the declaration of compliance with the Corporate Governance Code.
