• Registrations can be made online via the RHI Magnesita website https://www.rhimagnesita.com and will be considered in the order of receipt. Upon receipt of the registration, the participant will receive a confirmation of the registration and an invoice which is payable immediately upon receipt by bank transfer.
• Payments will be accepted in Euros only. Confirmation of participation will be issued after full payment of invoice value could be received by RHI Magnesita. 
• Cancellations must be done in writing. The course fee will be fully refunded if cancellation will be received 10 weeks at the latest before a training takes place. If it is forwarded until 6 weeks before the training date a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged. In case of a later cancellation 100% of the course fee will be charged. 
• A participant who cannot attend can be replaced free of charge by another participant from the same company or group. 
• RHI Magnesita reserves the right to change or cancel trainings in case of insufficient bookings or other circumstances beyond its control.
• In case of a cancellation by RHI Magnesita the complete course fee will be refunded or credited. RHI Magnesita is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from a cancellation.
