With 30 years of industry experience, Craig leads the North America region with energy, enthusiasm, and high standards of excellence. He ensures every move in the North America region is made to enhance the experience of our customers. He is passionate about safety culture, people-development, and promoting a diverse work environment.
Over her 3 years in the company, Silvia has held various roles handling recycling, business development, CAPEX and process improvement. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering and Management, alongside the globally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. She is a great mentor and sets an example with her excellent time management and organization skills
Jose Luis is a dynamic leader with a passion for fostering inclusive work environments and driving organizational success. With a strategic approach to talent management and a commitment to cultural excellence, Jose Luis has been instrumental in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to propel our company forward. As the Plant Manager for York, Charles brings vast industry experience and a commitment to excellence in operational management. His leadership is characterized by a dedication to sustainability and innovation, driving the York facility to new heights of productivity and efficiency. Charles has worked at RHIM for 17 years, starting as an hourly worker in the packaging department and working his way through various technical and leadership roles.
